The Society of Adventurers

For many years I have had these desires to be on the road, meeting people, playing music, and seeing all the beauty that is the United States. No one handed me this gift. I have had to step out in faith that this desire, this dream, was possible.
It is my desire that my experience of trust and faith be an example to others. It is my desire that I help others take bold steps of faith. Maybe you are safe and comfortable at home and at your job. But deep in your heart you desire something more. You have an adventure in your heart.
My heroes are Christopher Columbus, Mother Teresa, St. Paul, the mythological creature The Phoenix, and Aragorn from Lord of the Rings.
You are invited to to join the Society of Adventurers. You are invited to step out in faith to follow you dreams and desires. You have my support. Our motto is, “No Risk. No Reward.” This motto flows from from William Shedd’s quote, “A ship is safe in harbor, but thats not what ships are for.”
Here is what a member of the Society of Adventurers lives by:
1. Never refuse an adventure because it is ‘too late’.
2. Never go down a road that is easy just because it is the safe and prudent thing to do.
3. Never say ‘No’ to an adventure because of fear of failure.
4. No Risk. No Reward. Live Courageously! Live Adventurously!
